They were prompt in getting my car done. I had heard others talk about how long they had to wait and some even 1/2 a day so I was very pleased to get mine right in. Jerry, the service manager I assume?, let me know when they were doing things and what is recommended.

These guys came through for me in a pinch. I had moved to Lawrence just the week before and my car had died on me the day before. I was going to make my purchase back home but the manager, John, convinced me he wanted to earn my business as a new local. Mr. Tilley was the sales rep assigned to me, it was immediately apparent that he was a principled individual. This is important to me because if I'm going to support a business I want it to be an honorable one. The process was made extremely transparent, no effort was spared to make sure I knew the cars condition, the warranty features and limitation, and The service I spending my money on. Every question was answered and information was offered freely. In the end, the deal I was offered exceeded my expectations, I was treated with respect, and they even provided me a loaner car until mine had gone through the CPO checks. Thanks guys for a great car buying experience.

Staff are very polite and professional the Manager Russell Jordan came and introduced his self I thought that was great because it showed they cared from top to bottom. I was introduced to every department so I now have an exact person to ask for when I need something. Thank you again Mr. Jordan you explained the company process and followed it above and beyond my expectations. You earned my business from hear on out.

I stopped in a while back to browse the lot and see what they had on hand. I'm a Honda guy so I wasn't expecting to buy anything domestic anyways. While browsing I was approached by a sales person named Jamie. Normally I shoo away sales people since I was one myself but since she was knowledgeable and friendly I let her give me specs and details at the Mazda I was looking at. Sadly I didnt make a purchase (only because my lease isn't up for another year) but I can definitely see myself doing it in the future. She's a great lady and knows her stuff. Ask for her when you walk in, you won't be disappointed ...

I came in early on a Thursday was greeted right away by Shawn shuford. He took me out to test drive a vehicle in the poring rain. He worked with me to get the best deal possible. I very pleased with my vehicle. Give that guy a raise !!!

When it comes to buying cars I do the research myself, so I am aware of what I am buying. So many times, a person walks into the dealership and by the time they have sown several hours, and test drive the car..... they almost feel obligated to buy. When I went to the dealership, I knew what I wanted, and what my budget was. So when I explained all this, they were able to get me in and out quickly within my budget. They did a great job!
